Pfizer Healthcare invites qualified and experienced professionals to participate in a walk-in interview for various positions. Details of the job roles and eligibility criteria are as follows:

 

1) Manufacturing

1. Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years in:

• Compounding
• Vial Washing
• Filling, Capping, Sealing
• Stopper Process of Injectables

 

2) Instrumentation

1. Qualification: B.Tech
2. Experience: 2 to 8 years in:

• Operations and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and control systems
• Expertise in DeltaV DCS, SCADA, and PLCs

 

3) Utilities - Boiler Operations

1. Qualification: B.Tech
2. Experience: 5 to 10 years in:

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of boilers
• Root Cause Failure Analysis
• Equipment Criticality Ranking
• PM/PdM optimization
• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

1. Mandatory: 

First-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate

Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate

 

4) Equipment Maintenance

1. Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)
2. Experience: 2 to 8 years in:

• Breakdown troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities
• Maintenance of injectable equipment such as:

• Vial Washing
• Vial Filling & Sealing Machines
• Rotary Washing, Filling & Sealing
• Dry Powder Line
• Inspection & Packing Machines
• Autoclaves
