Dr. Reddy's Walk-In Interview for Production, QC, and Engineering Departments

1) Department: Injectable Production/Manufacturing

Experience: 2-6 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B-Tech Engineering (Minimum 60%)

Skills: 

• Expertise in handling filling operations for PFS, Cartridges B+S Liquid Vial/Compounding/Aseptic
• Exposure to Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel, Lyophilizer, and Autoclave
• Experience in the USFDA regulatory environment

2) Department: Engineering

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation) (Minimum 60%)

Skills: 

• Exposure to process area maintenance such as manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilization
• Automation engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing and filling areas
• Electrical 33KV license is mandatory
• Experience in HVAC, utility, water systems, instrumentation, and process control

3) Department: Quality Control (Microbiology)

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology (Minimum 60%)

Skills: 

• Sampling & analysis of water samples and preparation of water reports
• Maintenance and records of microbiological reference cultures
• GLP maintenance and compliance
• Trend preparation for water analysis and environmental monitoring
• Preparation of laboratory reagents, disinfectants, indicators, and volumetric solutions
• Experience in BET, MLT, and sterility testing

4) Department: Quality Control

Experience: 3-8 Years

Qualification: M.Sc. (Minimum 60%)

Skills: 

• Hands-on experience in handling HPLC, GC
• Expertise in handling KF instruments, IR UV & chemical analysis
• Working experience in cGMP with an emphasis on GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
• Knowledge of stability studies
• Experience with USFDA regulatory environment and processes
