Position:  Executive & Sr. Executive – R&D

BDR Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced R&D professionals to join their team at Luna, Padra.

Key Responsibilities

Develop robust, cost-effective, and commercialized processes

Scale-up processes at pilot and plant levels

Interpret and prepare characterization reports, MFR, and PDR

Supervise 2–3 scientists, plan daily experiments, and coordinate with other departments

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 4–8 Years in R&D (Pharma industry background required)

Qualification: M.Sc.
